Working group in the area of ​​clinical nutrition coordinated by Filomena Gomes, from the research group led by Conceição Calhau, redefined the nutritional guidelines for polymorbid patients. This work was recently published in the journal Clinical Nutrition and presented at the European Congress of Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism.

A group of researchers from the  Membrante Traffic in Disease research group, led by Duarte Barral, published a review of the state of the art of knowledge in the area of ​​skin pigmentation that allows us to understand more about the path that the pigment melanin takes and the importance of this knowledge.

The conference will take place on September 22, 2023, at 9:00 am in the Auditorium of the Rectory of NOVA University Lisbon.

Admission is free, but subject to registration until September 15.

The 1st joint scientific meeting, organized by the NMS's PhD Committee and Post-Doctoral Committee, NMS Research Week, will be held between 16th and 20th October 2023 at NMS.
